The following are the prices for the Krantz Condo. 

Discounts given for longer stays.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. A cleaning charge of $85 applies for stays of four nights or less.  A deposit depending on length of stay is required in addition; this deposit is refunded upon satisfactory checkout.

Cancellation policy:  Cancellations made more than 30 days will get a full refund less $25 administrative fee. 14 to 29 days, 50% refund.  Less than 14 days - no refund.  It is very difficult to re-rent the condo on short notice and this results in loss of rental income.  We are a family renting our private vacation home.
